Hi ti all,
I want to share something with those ones who don't have a gps device but have a GPS on their cell phone. For the last two weeks i have been using Sportypal, it is a gps tracking/mapping application that use the internal gps from your phone. It has all the normal features as the other tracking devices, plus it has amaizing community service where you can share your tracks with the other members or just analyze your performances,. For free it's worth to give it a try. Only thing you need is to register on Sportypal.

Here is a screenshot from my workout:
One of the tools that they offer online after uploading the workout is to devide automatically in 10 segments or manually.
So I can check what are my times separately.

New versions available. Got some new cool features.
The thing I like the most now at this is that after every workout , my track is posted automatically to twitter, so everybody can see where i was i how much i have been running.
