Hi, if you are getting no connections for any third party application, like OperaMini or Cellity, there is probably something that needs to be setup differently on your phone. Normally, it's an "access point" setting that is controlled by your mobile operator. These access points sometimes allow the mobile operator portal and some internet browsing to take place, but limit access to the full internet. The best thing to do is contact your mobile operator and complain about it to them. They may be able to give you a new way to setup your phone that will fix this. Or they may say that the plan that you are on does not offer full internet access and that you need a different plan. Or they might say that they don't allow third party apps like Cellity to operate on their network, which means it's about time to change to a new mobile operator. Or, you can also buy a new phone that has wifi and access Cellity and OperaMini over wifi. Good luck!
