Hello All,
I was looking at install stats for my application in GetJar developer area.
It shows that many downloads got "empty" error.
What does "empty" mean in that GetJar report?
Is anyone else getting the same issue?
Do you know what causes "empty" error during install?
Your help is appreciated.

Hi, thanks for the question. This is a bug that we need to fix. "Empty" means that we don't know if the download was successful or not because data was not returned for this percentage of downloads. So, in theory, all of the empty downloads could have been successful, or they all could have failed. We simply don't have information about them because the phone/download process/gateway, or somewhere in the system (outside of GetJar) the info wasn't provided.

Hello again. We have added the rest of the stats. In some cases, PC browsers hit mobile sites, and this causes a significant percentage to be "unknown", since there is no handset registered in this case. If there are any other questions please contact us.
